Processing All herbs are cleaned thoroughly by sorting, sifting, scraping, peeling, winnowing and washing to remove the excess non-medicinal portion. Some herbs may be baked, roasted, or fried according to the instruction of TCM. Then herbs go through the water extraction and concentration under high pressure and low temperature. It has high recovery of volatile ingredients, controls the process and temperature according to the nature of individual herbs therefore maximizes herbs’ potency. It also keeps the original flavor of the herbs. The concentrated herbal extracts go to vacuum evaporation and granulation step. The final granules have even size, easy to be taken, and retain the herbs’ original flavor.
Vitaspring Herbs testing and calibration procedure meets ISO 17025 international standard therefore is accepted worldwide. We provide Certificate of Analysis for each batch of herbs as a scientific validation.
